We have a signed, negotiated contract on the old house!

Obviously, I don’t want to spill much here about it, but we’re just thrilled. The price is a little lower than what we wanted to get for it, but it’s still a good price. There are no contigincies, they have a pre-approval letter…. everything is just coming together too easy on this deal!

Closing will be a little after we get back from vacation, so we may have already made our last payment on the old house….. Woo-hoo!
