Becky returned from the BMDCA national specialty this weekend. Molly marched in the Veteran’s Parade — for Berners seven years old or older — and was rewarded with a wonderful coffee mug celebrating her longevity.
More printed circuit board madness! This is an extreme zoom of some unused contacts on a board, presumably where some kind of socket would be attached. I really liked the field of green, and the nice copper toning.
After a weekend of hard drive dilemmas, I took one of the troublemakers apart today. This assembly was found on the back end of the head assembly. I added a little glamour glow courtesy of Nik’s Color Efex — hard drive parts should look good too!
I was about to go to bed, and saw Bailey sleeping in the floor. This is the sleep we all want — no worries, no stress, and nothing but dreams of rabbits in the field to chase after!
Our local Berner walk was today, with about 20-30 dogs in attendance. Of all the Berners there though, I think my Bailey was the cutest of them all. Then again, I might be a little biased.
With the nice weather, the finches have come out in droves. With the big lenses — either the Celestron 750 f/6 or the Canon 100-400 f/4.5-5.6L (which I used here) — I can sit on the couch, and photograph our little visitors as they feed.
Becky has three Steiff bears, but the little one here is special. It’s the one she grew up with. The big one was a recent gift from me, and I figured that the little one needed to train the larger one on his new human companion.
