Almost two months of planning are complete, and my images are hung at Old Orchard. Hooray! The five of us met up at the gallery this morning, and spent about three hours getting our images hung. It looks great, and the images we all hung really seem to work well together — always a concern with that many different styles in one place.
Come Saturday, we’ll have our opening event — hope you can attend!
Myself and four other photographers will begin an exhibit in a couple of weeks. We’ve titled it Off the Clock, and it will premiere at The Old Orchard Gallery in Webster Groves MO on October 11th. We’ll be hosting a reception on October 17th from 6pm to 9pm.
If you get the chance, c’mon by and see what the five of us have been up to… off the clock!

The exhibit runs from July 10th through August 5th, with a reception held from 6pm-9pm on Saturday, August 14th at Framations. Typically, there’s wine and cheese samples available, but we’ve also arranged for Armando’s Flan Factory to cater flan for the event.
I haven’t landed on how many images I’ll have up. Right now, I believe it will be between fifteen and thirty large frames, along with some smaller pieces. Framations does guided audio tours of the exhibits, so even if you don’t make the reception, you’ll still get a chance to hear me talk about each piece. In fact, I hope to have that audio tour available here sometime after July 9th.
My next show will be at the Child of God Lutheran School Craft Fair on April 28th.
I will have a table at this show, and will hopefully be displaying some of my larger works this time. If you have an interest in seeing some of my photography, please stop by and visit with me. All the details are in the Exhibits page, from the menu on the right.
I’ll be making an appearance at the St. Paul United Church of Christ Vendor and Craft Fair on March 31st.
I have two tables reserved for this show, so I will have a whole lot more of my work on display. If you have an interest in seeing a broad swath of my photography, please stop by and take a peek. All the details are in the Exhibits page, from the menu on the right.
Now you can find the latest information on my show appearances and exhibits by clicking the Exhibits link in the menu. I’ll keep it up to date with new appearances as I have them lined up.
I’ve also begun breaking out my gallery into categories. That should make it easier to find what you’re looking for without having to wade through quite so many images.
This weekend, you will have a chance to meet me, and take a look at some of my work. John Weldon Elementary School is hosting an arts and crafts fair on Saturday, February 24th, from 9am to 3pm. I will have several large pieces on display for purchase, as well as many smaller pieces, both framed and unframed.
Come by and visit, and enjoy this event!

The reception for the Beyond the Lens exhibit at Framations was tonight. Crystal took first place from the group of 43 entrants. This was quite a competitive set of images, and I was quite honored to come away with a first place nod from among this fine field.
I was notified tonight that two of my images will be included in the “Beyond the Lens” exhibit at Framations in St. Charles. Crystal and Fall’s Dance will be included in the field of 43 works. The exhibit runs through February 4th, with the opening reception taking place on January 13th.
